Standard addresses:


For orders under $100 the following flat rates apply:

North Island – $5
South Island – $10

*Rural addresses:

Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island, Chatham Islands and rural postcodes – please contact us for freight quotation.

We do not ship internationally.

All pricing is in New Zealand Dollars and includes GST.

All rugs are shipped within 2 working days of receipt of payment.
Your parcel will details your name, address and phone no. All parcels MUST be signed for.
Our courier company has a tracking system to enable us to follow your order to its destination.

Returns info

We must be advised within 5 days of you receiving the rug and the rug must be returned within 10 days to be eligible for a refund. The rug must be unused, in original packing, with invoice and labels attached. Once inspected, you will be advised by email re acceptance for a refund. A credit to your original payment method will be completed within 5 days. You are responsible for cost of return shipment and original shipping cost will not be refunded, unless there is a fault with the product.

When returning a rug it is recommended you use a trackable courier as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

We have taken all measures to ensure images are as accurate as possible. Please be aware colours may vary depending on individual monitors.

Faulty Goods

All rugs are inspected prior to dispatch, however if your rug has a fault please contact us (preferably by phone – 021835249) to arrange an exchange as soon as possible. Please note – handmade jute rugs – colours may vary. This is not a fault but an inherent characteristic of this product.
